I practice law in Spokane, Washington. I am 72 years old and carry on a law practice, Eugster Law Office PSC, in Browne’s Addition a short walk from downtown Spokane. I have been practicing law since 1970. I have worked in a number of areas of law and would call myself a general practitioner. Some of my efforts are set forth here. These days practice in the areas of appeals, real estate, elder law, estate planning, real estate litigation, and attorney discipline.
In addition to my legal practice, I have been a politician who successfully got the City of Spokane to change its charter from a council – manager form of government to a strong mayor – council form. I in addition was a Spokane City Council member for four years (2000 – 2003). Many of my pro bono efforts over the years have been in the areas of municipal, real estate, constitutionality of gifts of public funds and credit to private parties and land use law.
I have also renovated three turn-of-the-century buildings in downtown Spokane. Two of the buildings have been combined into a 21 unit mixed use condominium. The Minnesota – Oakley Buildings, 417 – 423 West First Ave., Spokane, WA, 99201.
